The Hanson family has owned and operated foodservice operations since the early 1960’s. The first Hanson Brass carving stations were created in 1980 for a Hanson owned restaurant, because nothing was currently available that would enhance the buffet presentation. Since then, Hanson Brass has provided fine quality carving stations, heat lamps, and buffet equipment for many of the worlds most discriminating customers.
